How will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card's statement will be billed as 'BazzVision'. Your account will be charged the amount reflected in your shopping cart at the time of checkout.

How long does shipping normally take to receive my order?
Orders normally arrive via USPS priority or express mail with delivery and/or signature confirmation. USA residents please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. International orders please allow additional delivery time. Note: Overnight delivery is available at checkout.

Is the 'free' shipping available for international residents?
Sorry, free shipping only applies to domestic (USA/FPO/APO/Etc) orders. All orders being shipped to international residents will pay a flat $25 S&H fee. This is for USPS Global Express Mail which is the most secure and fast (with online tracking) service available which is a 3-5 business day service. Then please allow time for the parcel to clear customs. 

Can I receive my order via some overnight shipping method?
Overnight shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. NOTE: Overnight orders will not be shipped on Saturday or Sunday...

What is the free soft case you offer like?
It is very nice for protection. It is a puffy leather type case with a pull string for opening/closing. It is much more durable than the average fabric type soft case you may be used to or have seen.

I don't have a credit card. Can I send you a check or money order?
We conveniently accept all forms of payment including checks, money orders and bank wire transfers. Personal checks normally take up to 2 weeks to clear. Send a cashier's check or a money order for faster turn-around time. You can also mail us your credit card information if you are worried about using it online as many people are. Please refer to our mail-in order form (print and mail it to us with your payment).
